I help newly-diagnosed individuals access care after finding out their HIV diagnosis.
Making sure that they’re enrolled in a proper program so that they can access HIV care. Making sure they’re getting the support services that they need: mental health services, peer support services, housing, addressing food insecurity.
Care and support is going to look different for everybody, and you have to find out what works for you, what is going to help you take control of your health and remain healthy.
