Transcript:

PrEP is something that is taken on a day-to-day basis to prevent HIV.

So, similiar to birth control you just take a pill a day and it reduces your chances of becoming HIV positive.

Where as nPEP is something that you would take if you believe you have had a recent, possible exposure.

It [nPEP] is something that is an in-case-of-emergency type of situation.

So, you’ve got 72 hours [after exposure] to be able to take that pill [nPEP] for it to effectively work.

Together we are greater than HIV.
