Someone becomes HIV undetectable by taking medication every single day. That means the virus in your blood is so low that the lab can’t detect it and you can’t transmit it to your partner.
For me being HIV undetectable means that I go see the doctor frequently to make sure that I’m healthy and that I stay healthy.
