If you think PrEP can benefit you, ask about it.

I always tell people, look at yourself as not just a patient, but as a consumer.
Anybody who wants to benefit from PrEP, you should be able to talk to your provider about it.
You have to advocate for yourself. And then say, “Hey, I will go and find a new provider if you’re not providing me with the resources that I need to take control of my sexual health.”
PrEP is very effective. It keeps you HIV negative.
