Where can I get the mpox vaccine?

So, the first step in getting an mpox vaccine is finding it. And, the easiest way to do that now is to go to the vaccine finder that's available online at cdc.gov.

You put your zip code in, and it lists places where vaccine is available. Another way to do it is to look at your local health department's website and see where they're providing vaccine.

Vaccination is free for mpox. So, if you go to see a medical provider, or other provider of vaccine, they will provide you vaccine free of charge.

They may charge your insurance and then the insurance may reimburse them, but you should not experience cost transmitted to you for that vaccine.

Mpox vaccines are available … and FREE!

Vaccination is available at no cost regardless of your ability to pay the administration fee. Providers may bill insurance or Medicaid / Medicare. Your local health department can also provide information about options in your community.
