Vaccination with two doses of mpox vaccine means a pretty great level of protection. No vaccine is perfect. So, there's always a risk of mpox, but it's also important to remember that people who are vaccinated tend to have fewer symptoms and get hospitalized less.
If you're in between first and second doses, you're gonna still wanna try your best to sort of limit some of the activity until you have that full protection. And, that protection comes about two weeks after the second dose.
