HIV Undetectable is Untransmittable

As an HIV doctor, here are some things I want you to know about HIV.

Undetectable equals untransmittable means…

…if you are on treatment and your viral load is less than 200 copies for at least six months, you will not transmit HIV to your sexual partners.

Period. End of story.
