How do we end HIV?

I am Doctor David. And I want to talk to you about HIV.

What will take us to the end of the HIV epidemic?

I think it’s all about equitable healthcare and access and treatment for everybody. And by that, I mean specifically Black and brown people. If we sit here and act like, “Oh, well the epidemic is getting more Black and brown, but you know, we’re making these advances with white, gay men,” we’re never gonna get anywhere. And so, we have to make more concerted effort.

I think we’ve gotten to a point where our science is so dope, our science is so good, we have medication and the science is gonna keep getting better, but this is a human disease, and we need to treat it accordingly.
