Being on PrEP has just been really empowering.
I think what gave confidence to me personally was adding an additional layer of protection from contracting HIV.
It really really just kind of helped ease me, and especially with my mental health, not having to second guess myself of, “Did I ask the right questions?”
Being on PrEP was kind of like, “Okay, well you know what? I know I am protecting myself from HIV.”
