I want my kids to make informed choices when they decide to have sex.

I’m very open and honest with my kids. So I wanted to make sure that they had the information and knowledge that they needed to make informed choices and not do what pleases other people simply because it pleases other people and making sure that before you lay down with them, that you are both in a headspace and in a heart space to accept what could come after this encounter.
I also talk to them about ways of using barriers to protect themselves when they do decide, or if they do decide, to engage in sex.
